About Us

We're a small, customer focused entertainment company started in 1981 by Rich Mosher. Rich was a radio DJ for several Chicago area stations including 95.5 WMET, Chicago. In 1981, while working at WXLC in Waukegan, a
listener called and asked him if he would consider "spinning tunes" for a private party that she was planning. He soon became a top requested DJ for weddings and private parties and has since played for thousands of events in and around Lake County and beyond over the past 25 years.

RPM Music now has a staff of 6 DJs with a wide variety of talent and experience including bilingual English/Spanish. This means that we can match the type of event with the right DJ. Weddings, corporate events, school proms & dances, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceaneras, block parties, class & military reunions, karaoke parties, and more. No matter what the occasion is, chances are we can fulfil your needs.
